   • The design, logos, and elements of the platform are the exclusive property of MEDSTECH SpA.

   • Users can subscribe to content by paying the fee set by the creator.
2. Commissions:
   • EROSXCITED.COM retains a 9% commission on the revenue generated by creators.
3. Refund Policy:
   • All payments are final and non-refundable, except under specific circumstances defined by EROSXCITED.COM.
4. Payment Processors:
   • Payments are managed by third-party providers. By making a payment, you agree to the terms and conditions of those processors.
